I’ve been addicted to achieving my whole life. I graduated #1 in my High School, went to top university in the US, secured a coveted job when I graduated, attended a top 5 MBA program, took a job at the leading company in my industry, and now have worked my way to a senior leadership position in my company. Along the way, I had kids. I don’t know if it changed me, or I realized that (at least some of) those achievements were never important to me themselves (other than there were achievements to obtain).
And now, I’ve come to live with less control and more mess. But I still struggle with the addition to achieve perfection at work, with my family, and my home.
Looking forward to sharing my journey and learning from you all!
